POSITION: Event Sales & Operations Assistant       
 
REPORTS TO: Event Sales Director
 
COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary commiserates with experience & benefits program including medical and dental insurance. Commission on all events. Bonus structure if applicable.
 
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our Private Events & Catering Sales team. This is a hands-on position designed for someone eager to learn the business from the ground up, with exposure to both administrative support and on-site event execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is looking to grow into a future Event Sales Manager role.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team (managing inquiries, preparing proposals/contracts, updating event software, etc.).
  • Assist with coordinating event logistics, menus, layouts, and vendor communications.
  • Support on-site execution of events, including setup, guest services, and breakdown.
  • Travel between multiple venue locations as needed to support events.
  • Work evenings and weekends for event coverage, in addition to weekday office hours.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with follow-up communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with managers, chefs, and service teams to ensure events run smoothly.

  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple venues.
  • Hospitality, sales, or event experience preferred.
