Yes Chef is a growing business going into its 6th year of operation. There are many facets to our food service operation. This position is running our local marketplace storefront. We provide grab n go options, as well as MTO paninis, sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, soups and chilis. Our store is open Monday-Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm, Friday's 11:00am-4:00pm and CLOSED on the weekends. This store has seating for 19 people inside and 6 people outside. Online ordering is an option for our customers. There is a team of 4 people and this position is both working and supervisory.
We have high expectations for food safety, customer care, store cleanliness, inventory management and management of stock, problem solving, scheduling, marketing, store events, creation of specials, cashiering, sandwich making, smoothie making, supervising and rapport building. This position reports directly to the Operation Manager responsible for overall store performance.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 11:30am-7:30pm Fridays 9:00am-4:30pm OFF weekends OFF major holidays (including the day after Thanksgiving) as well as Martin Luther King Jr and President's Day; store closes for inclement weather
